Changed your mind?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email hello.celebrationinabox@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. You cover return shipping; we refund the box price once it arrives back unopened.

Personalized items are final sale.
Name banners, custom invitations, and custom cake toppers are made just for you — they can't be returned or resold. Double-check spellings before you order!

Something wrong with your box?
Damaged, missing pieces, or just not right? Email hello.celebrationinabox@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement fast — no return needed, no hassle.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return (or approve your replacement request), refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
