By shopping with Celebration in a Box, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — no legalese ambushes.

What we sell
Curated party boxes with decorations, tableware, balloons, and party supplies based on the theme you choose. Every product page lists what's inside your box. Photos are representative — colors and specific items may vary slightly based on availability, but we'll always keep the theme and quality you paid for.

Prices & payment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay. We charge your payment method when you place your order. If a price was listed in error, we'll contact you before processing — you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather.

Personalized items
Name banners, custom invitations, and custom cake toppers are made to order just for you, so they're final sale. Please double-check all spellings, dates, and details before ordering — we're not responsible for errors in the details you provide.

Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy for timelines and rates. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery dates are estimates — carriers have their own ideas sometimes, especially around the holidays.

Returns
See our Return Policy. Unopened boxes within 30 days; personalized items are final sale.

Our content
Our website content — photos, logos, text, designs — belongs to Celebration in a Box. Please don't copy or use it commercially without asking us first. (Saving party inspiration for yourself? Always fine.)

Liability
We put care into every box, but our liability is limited to the price you paid for your order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes will be handled in Union County, NC.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on the site when you order is the one that applies to you.
